The staff are always quick to help. For example, the fridge in my room was not working and one of the room staff brought another immediately. The restaurant staff were always quick to replenish the generous breakfast buffet. Omelettes are made fresh, to your personal taste. Lovely to be out on the rooftop! Wifi was strong. What a hidden gem and unbeatable value! I did a "staycation" here and absolutely loved it. What a fun and unique property. A lot of thought has clearly been put into refurbishing each room with 1920s decor; there were so many small touches that make you feel like you're sailing on a luxury cruise line from the last century. Riverside rooms have balconies offering great views. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom given the humidity and the fact that you're on a river, but overall I found the room to be super clean and comfortable. "High tea" in the restaurant was a lot of fun, and breakfast was excellent. They have a well-stocked bar, and there are also several other bars within walking distance. Most of all, I just loved wandering the decks of the ship exploring and feeling like I was at sea on a fancy yacht! Thanks for the great stay!
