Although there were a lot of restaurants nearby, because it was the Thursday after carnival, there was not much available. The central location of the hotel made it easy to go around. The residents were friendly and helped in translating and pointing the way to the places we wanted to go to. I would recommend that hotel to anyone wishing to visit Martinique. When we arrived there was a carnival in the square and we were right in the middle of it which made for a great atmosphere. The room was also surprisingly quiet given the noise outside.
