I recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Arrecifes Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This enchanting seaside retreat exceeded all my expectations and left me with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. The hotel staff at Los Arrecifes deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Warm, friendly, and attentive, they greeted me with genuine hospitality and were always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly grateful for the generous room upgrade, which added luxury and comfort to my stay. The accommodations at Los Arrecifes were simply superb. It offered convenient access to various amenities, including bars, restaurants, and the beach. I was able to explore the vibrant local scene, indulge in delicious cuisine at nearby restaurants, and enjoy the sun, sand, and waves at the beautiful beach. Overall, having visited numerous hotels in the Tulum/Cancun area, I can confidently say that Los Arrecifes Hotel and Spa stands out as the best.

We enjoyed every day of our stay at Xela. Everything exceeded our expectations: the stunning hotel amenities, the delicious food, and the exceptional service. The entire Concierge team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing every request. Fantastic hotel, one of the best we ever stayed. Beach is amazing , staff is very friendly. Room is very comfortable and cleaned well. Location is very convenient, about 10-15 mins walk to all the best restaurants in Hotel zone. Just a paradise spot that we very happy to chose!

you are looking for a relaxing stay in Tulum, NIKEN is the place for you. My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. It is in the quieter part of the beach strip, but close enough to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a great size have a beautiful view of the water. The beach is also cleaned daily from seaweed and rubbish (many other hotels don’t do this as regularly). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were provided with fresh water each day. A special mention to Jerónimo, Marcelino and restaurant staff, who were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when we had any questions regarding the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!
