This stay was fantastic. Upon arrival, the receptionist knew my name and I had help taking my bags to my room. I also was given one free hour at the spa with a sauna and jacuzzi (which I desperately needed). Reception also helped with securing a taxi for me. The room was very clean and smelled delicious. I also appreciated the bath robes and coffee machine.
