I loved the historical feel about the hotel and actually Valladolid itself. The staff were amazing.....very attentive and friendly. My suite was I believe Ana Maria..... exactly like the photo.....very spacious room....if you like modern then it's not for you ...if you want to feel like your going back in time then its for you. The bathroom functioned well.....coffee facilities and refrigerator was great. Not far to walk from the ADO bus station.....great location....I walked around and found myself in some great local spots. Breakfast was lovely.....a must try Mexican Coffee really tasty. I choose half board so dinner was included.....really nice touch.

Kiin Wayeb is a gracious and welcoming property decorated to create a sense of stepping back into Valladolid’s Mexican-Mayan history. The rooms, the pool, the garden, and the Café Art cafe are delightful and it’s hard to leave the space. The hotel manager, Lucía, is helpful, knowledgeable, hospitable, and a wonderful introduction into Valladolid and Hotel Kiin Wayeb. The king-sized bed is comfortable and the balcony pool-view room is well-appointed and thoroughly thought out. We were thrilled with our hotel choice when we arrived!

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Clean, staff wonderful. Safe. Gated parking lot with remote for gate. Great roof top cafe with wonderful view. Plumbing fantastic, comfortable beds, great wifi, lots of towels, great shower, large room, refrigerator. Grounds were well landscaped, like a little paradise. Cute. Quiet. And great restaurants and shopping all over close by. Valladolid felt very safe. The yucatan feels safe.
