The staff is very pleasant and ready to help with anything. The location is central within walking distance to any point of interest. In short - perfect in every respect

This place is beautiful. Any concerns you may have about being too far away are not to be worried about. This place is in a beautiful part of Oaxaca amongst the prettiest European styled streets, with fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby. You don’t even need to walk 5 minutes. It’s an easy walk into town or you can take a short cab ride. We walked. The rooms open up onto the aqueduct that runs behind the hotel, so we were lulled to sleep every night with running water. Definitely better than staying in town with all the street noise. Even when we had hot water issues, the service staff were quick to remedy this by either moving us to a new room or getting the plumber to fix it asap. The chambermaids did such an amazing job cleaning our room they even folded our clothes! It was easy to add Netflix and Amazon prime - I think the bad reviews didn’t actually ask the front desk. They just complained on google. Just incredible service and will 100% be back

One of nicest accommodations we stayed in during our Mexico trip! Rooms were clean and very modern. The stuff was super nice and helpful, facilities were really good, too - you could enjoy good free coffee, tea or drinking water 24/7. Sunny terrace and a colourful, safe neighbourhood was just another plus. Highly recommended!

Everything, beautiful and the staff were amazing. Location and laundry facilities were awesome. Breakfast was really cute, lots of Mosquitos but the staff were able to help me with spay. So clean too.

A home away from home. Truly the best hospitality and warmth we experienced from a hotel in all of Mexico. The staff were exceptionally wonderful, as was the extra touches to make you feel truly warm and at home. We were at ease immediately and felt accepted by the gracious ladies at reception. Kat, Sophia and Paul were fantastic and left us wanting to come back in the future! - breakfast, amazing! - location, great - snacks provided throughout the day, phenomenal - attention to detail such as welcome gifts and thoughtful touches, fabulous - anything you needed, the staff did their best to accommodate
