We loved this place. Remote in the nature, extremely friendly staff that did everything in their power to accommodate us. The cenotes are amazing and so is the property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also quiet. In the nighttime you can see all the stars and hear the animals. We loved everything about it. If using your data bundle or stay without internet and have a car to bring you there isnt an issue for you i can highly recommend this location.

Best overall hospitality experience in a very long time. Magical place, exceptional design and comfort and superb welcome and attention from genuinely nice people. All the staff at the hotel were exceptional especially Jorge and Daniela. The property is extremely well maintained. The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses in the hotel room an pd hadn’t realised, but they messaged me to let me know and I was able to retrieve them again. The hotel has a lovely old style room. The breakfast area and garden is so tranquil. The location is perfect, so close to the main square of Valladolid.

Beautiful design both in the room and outside. Especially loved the hammocks and the pool area. The breakfast is amazing - everything we ordered was very high quality and delicious. The beds are comfortable and all is spotless clean. The staff is incredibly kind. Every day there are new delicious cookies in the room, which is a nice touch.
