with our arrive, the staff welcoming and there treatment and check in was there positive point and perfect, especially the manager ( Aisyah ) and Mr. Muhammed Umar , who was very helpful, we had small issue in booking ( we booked wrong date) they solved our problem very fast. breakfast was good enough its Asian taste. room was very clean, all facilities are available. totally we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, classic feel. Had everything. Don't understand why people bash the breakfast when it is a 3* hotel. Room was very comfy and huge! We got the view of Mount Brinchang from our balcony. Every night was cool @ 17/18°C. Had snooker table. Fitness centre, library, business centre.. Cafe.. Just a drive out is Tanah Rata centre, with pasar malam and lots of cafe and eateries.. Bathroom was huge with bathtub and separate shower area. Small spread of local fried rice, noodles, western breakfast with selection of coffee, tea, orange and guava juice. Please don't expect 6* from a 3* hotel. Feels a 4* for us. Family wanna book the same room next time we're coming back. 👍🏼

    Cameron Highlands was really nice — the weather was perfect, and it felt peaceful being away from the city noise. But weekends can be a nightmare: the market areas were packed, parking was a struggle, and traffic heading towards Brinchang was just terrible. Definitely a great escape, but try to go on a weekday if you want some peace.

    If possible try not to come during the local school holidays...

    If possible try not to come during the local school holidays or Festive holidays or during weekends. The traffics jams were bad. We got stuck in the jam for 2 hours trying to go to one of the popular places. It was on Sunday. Before going to any of those places make sure you read their reviews and opening hours. For strawberry picking some places charge entry fees and some did not but charge only the amount of strawberry picked which is way more expensive that those sold at the market or stalls along the road. Try not to miss the night market if possible (which only happen on weekends 😢).

    Definitely our favourite holiday location in the whole of...

    Definitely our favourite holiday location in the whole of Malaysia! The cool weather is just what we need when back home is scorching hot. Tourist attractions are aplenty and fresh produce is always fresh and cheap. Food choices are albeit slightly limited, but we still enjoyed Highlands Steamboat and Ferm Nyonya for dinner.

    Many panaromic beautiful places and attractions to visit in Cameron Highland. To avoid traffic jam is better to arrive there before 11 o'clock and best to visit on weekdays but if you don't mind crowds weekends are fine too.

    Nice cool place to rest n enjoy holidays. Just have to plan your journey well because the roads tends to get badly jammed from 10am till around 5 pm everyday and even worse during weekends and public holidays.

    It is a great place to visit, especially given the rapidly changing climatic conditions. There are worsening traffic conditions throughout the city, making it quite difficult to maneuver around. Excellent location for those looking for peace and tranquility in a climate that is conducive to relaxation.
