Glad to have a wonderful stay at Shermaine’s unit! The unit is tastefully decorated. We had a great time playing the board games and going to the gigantic swimming pool. The location is quite strategic with link bridge to Setia City Mall and walking distance to Setia City Convention Centre. Will surely repeat stay in next Setia Alam gateway trips! 👍🏻

This is brand new building. Apartments are spacious and clean. This perfect for any one that needs to come kl from traveling around Asia just wants to recharge or some who want to live long term in kl and needs a starter base. Laundry and 7/11 5 meters away from You. This 30 minutes from kl city would not suit any coming to do tourist as bit far. All can say this place is perfect for base close kl. Has parking aswell

    Far from tourist attractions in Selangor state.

    Far from tourist attractions in Selangor state. If you are here for work, then its a good choice because Setia City Mall is within 5-10 mins walk, complete with pedestrian bridge connecting Trefoil Residence to the Mall. There are some good eating places in Setia Taipan and Eco Ardence, provided you take a Grabcar. Bus service nil.

    Bad experience.

    Bad experience. I never mind if need to pay RM100 for deposit but what im really disappointed is end up i can't get my deposit back in 24hours and they hold my deposit untill end of this month. Its so rude! I never met a management that uses this ridiculous method for return back customers deposit! Can you imagine what i feel right now?

    Unresponsive host.

    Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host. Ended up staying at another place. Contacted Booking.com customer service to assist on cancellation.

    The Ardence sky studio Unit No. Block A Level 12 Door No 16 Tel : 011-6276 7996 The landlord received a deposit of rm100, and did not return the deposit to me for more than 72 hours. However, it has been written on his list that it will be refunded within 24 hours~ I called him and he didn’t answer, and he didn’t reply to the message saying when the deposit will be refunded ~
