The location of the property was excellent, you are right by the beach front and the town. The B&B was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing on a cold night. The host was very nice. Great stay.

It was a very nice, clean and cozy place just in the heart of the city. Closed to the markets, pharmacies, restaurants and seaside. I never felt a missing thing during my stay and got responses to my mails immediately. Definitely be back again for the next time.

-The area (Monnickendam) was so quit and relaxing area with many local restaurants . -The place was magical and soo clean and well decorated and equipped. - the owner was extremely helpful to make our stay great as everything else - the room was super clean and cosy . - there is a nice small garden -the owner Babette was extremely kind and generous with a great welcoming and preparing a delicious breakfast from the local shops it was a really nice experience exploring the cheese plater details everyday - plenty of free parking near the hotel . - there is a supermarket and local bakery and shops around 5 min by car. - so close to many nice area like Volendam, Edam, Marken. and there is a lovely area full of restaurants and cafes and shops it was almost 18 min by car in area called Purmerend. - also close to Amsterdam only 15 min by car.

    Picturesque small town with nice houses.

    Picturesque small town with nice houses. The seafront offers many options to eat and drink. We stayed there for Sunday and there were may visitors strolling up and down the sea front which was very nice.

    Fantastic fishing village with the most hospitable locals. Plenty of bars and restaurants in very beautiful surroundings. Particularly enjoyed Lennons Cafe Geri's bar and cafe omejan who went above and beyond to help us find a suitable place to bring in new year

    Volendam is a very quaint and cute town!

    Volendam is a very quaint and cute town! We only stayed for a couple days and it was enough time to walk around the waterfront, shops and eat at a few restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in Volendam.

    The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable.

    The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable. There was balcony space but not clean so couldn’t sit out but could be the case because they were renovating. We booked with breakfast and were disappointed because there were no vegetarian options for the hot breakfast. The selection of bread was good but the cereals and fruit were limited. We were pleased with the rest of the hotel facilities - swimming pool was good

    Very charming little town on see side, 20 km from Amsterdam with very good bus (316) connection, with a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops, around of little port. Worth to visit Cheese factory and Museum, for a perfect experience. I will like to visit again in summer time!

    The hotel looks really brand new in everything, the rooms are absolutely clean, comfortable and silent. The free parking is in front of the entrance, we were very happy of it since we arrived quite late. It took 25 mins to reach NDSM on a sunday morning with no traffic and the hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, so it's not the place to choose if you haven't got a bicycle or a car to get to Amsterdam. It's a very cost effective option of you are a large family and you want to move around Amsterdam and it's surroundings

    Quick and hassle-free contact with the owners. The room was clean and fragrant. The bathroom was shared, it was also tidy. The owners took care of plenty of towels, clean bedding. The owners are very helpful, smiling. The apartment is located in the center of the town of Volendam, within a few hundred meters a lot of establishments, restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the water. Nearby grocery stores and all necessary stores. Greetings and I recommend! 🌸

    A very comfortable room and a delicious and generous breakfast that we could enjoy at our leisure. It was a lovely 15 minute stroll into Volendam and a short walk to the bus stop for Amsterdam. Patrick was the perfect host - he gave us lots of useful info and restaurant recommendations and an interesting tour of his recording studio and then left us to enjoy our stay.

    We had a great time at the houseboat "WAVE". Communication was super easy and fast and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The boat is perfectly located, it's very easy to get around with public transportation and walk to the bars and restaurants in Volendame. I highly recommend staying there!
