The hosts Beate and Havard are so helpful and a lovely couple!!! The house is just outright lovely. You walk in and feel at home. A lot of details that make the place perfect and cosy. The retro style is totally authentic - a trip back memory lane (if you grew-up in the 70s and/or 80s). The house is fully equipped. It is more than clean and looks like new. There is a compact stereo with a record player and many records which my dancing queen and I loved using. We even saw whales from the house!

Overlooking the Ofotfjord, this property has a peaceful location in Bogen village. It offers simple guest rooms and free WiFi internet access. Narvik is 45 minutes’ drive away.

The house on the lake was the stand out accommodation on our trip! From the location to the scenary to the hosts! The hosts were extremley attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and offered advice on transport as well as sights in the area (we wish we stayed longer!).
