Great location, the hotel is in the centre of the city and it’s the location of the meeting point for most tours. The breakfast is great with variety of food and with the very good taste. Staffs are very friendly. The room and hotel are very clean. There is a coffee machine in the room. We can also see the northern light at the harbour next to the hotel.

Looking at the map, it seems like the property is off a bridge somewhere but once I was there, it is actually very near to the centre of Svolvær. We drove and there is parking outside the hotel but it is paid parking (not expensive). The hotel was lovely. You'll be able to look out at the mountains from almost every area of the hotel. The breakfast view was my favourite! Breakfast spread was great too. I got to make my own waffles at the waffle station. There's also a coffee/tea/hot water machine which you can use at any time of the day for free. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

We arrived late, and it was super convenient that we could go straight to our room without a physical check-in. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed. The elevator might be a bit small if you have big suitcases, but for us it worked well.

The room is well equipped and cozy. The common kitchen is free to use for all guests and the bathroom was very clean. The people are nice and the cat was also very lovely. For this price it;s hard to beat.
