Amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, views from my room on the top floor (8th) also great. Nice outside terrace attached to the restaurant above/beside the mountain stream. Add sunshine and blue sky and hard to beat for a short stay.

What a charming place!!! It is simply beautiful! The view from the common areas is to die for, the old world decor is a dream. I liked the setting, immersed in the white landscape while sitting in the sitting room with muted lights and lovely colour scheme with the Christmas stars hanging in the windows, the crackling fire in the old style fireplaces......just fits my idea of heaven! The buffet breakfast was top class. The choice was amazing and the food was fantastic - a well balanced choice of cooked food, cheeses, salamis, jams, etc.....Loved the continuous availability of teas and coffees - with an impressive selection of teas. Also the access to games, the piano and books - lots of books - though I would suggest the inclusion of more books in English to cater for non-Norwegian customers.

Lillehammer Stasjonen Hotel & Hostel is situated at Lillehammer Train and Bus Station, 100 metres from the Storgata shopping street. It offers free Wi-Fi access and a communal kitchen.

Excellent location right at the train station. Super helpful staff happy to answer enquiries before and during our stay. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Access to a guest kitchen and lounge area great for relaxing with friends and meeting other travellers. Breakfast was fantastic!

Just perfect - exceptionally good breakfast, fika and dinner. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the hotel lobby has a very lovely and located at the heart of Lillehammer.

Very nice accomodation for the prize! The beds were quite soft, too big pillows but it was nothing important. Absolutely amazing were breakfasts! The place is lovely, the stuff was very nice...you can even get a free tea or coffee anytime in the hotel lobby. I also appreciated the check out options (up to 12 or for a fee even later). Great! Cant wait to come again!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Stylish and comfortable room, nice and quiet and well lit. Lovely lounge area with tea and coffee all day. Breakfast was amazing and the cafe room was gorgeous too. Moments from the train station and walkable to lots of sights.

Breakfast was amazing! They also changed the hours for Saturday breakfast (making it available super early!) to accommodate big army of skiers participating in Birkebainerrennet ski race. Big kudos for that! Staff was very welcoming and responsive. Facilities were great. The SPA was awesome! I will return.
