The cottage is in a unique location that allows for a complete disconnection from the rest of the world. It is furnished with exquisite taste, offering a sea view from every room. While sleeping, you can hear the sea. When it rained, we could watch the nature and wild animals through big windows in the cosy living room. Elin (one of the owner) was very supportive and gave us all information that we needed at anytime.

Amazing location, vibe, facilities and hosts. The best place we stayed in whole of Norway. The host gave us access to their row boat and fishing gear and some fresh fish for dinner! Perfectly situated by a river, waterfall and lake. Hiking trails everywhere. I could spend a week here.

Beautiful place and garden to stay with kids. They could play in the garden and forest around. From the house you walk easy to the most beautiful trails with impressive waterfall to the lake ( also accessible on the boat we could use, which is lovely) House was very clean and cosy. Also bbq facilities and terrace outside really nice. Very kind host. Super stay.

Very good hosts, ready to help at any time. Beautiful and quiet place. The Basement has pretty much everything you might need for a long or short stay. Don't expect luxury but functional, comfortable and cosy. Better if you have a car, otherwise be ready for the rain and walks with mud, good waterproof clothes and shoes is a must to enjoy hiking and cycling. Take the boat and enjoy that beautiful lake!
