I had the best in Jungle base camp, the hospitality was really good and the activities were amazing. I went with Hukum in the walking safari and into the tree house and they were amazing experiences.

Very comfortable wonderful lodge. It is an ‘institution’ in the safari sector of Nepal and deservedly so. The management (BC), staff and guides (Bhim in particular) are all incredible, nothing is too much trouble.

I stayed here for 1 week. I didn't want to leave! The place is amazing, sorrounded by the green . Room are big and clean and the food is delicious. You will feel like at home here, the family will try to provide everything to make you happy. And also they will take you to the jungle safari. What an experience!

I had a great stay! The guides make their best to meet your fauna & flora watching interests. The food is good, the room is simple but comfortable, and Sonja is a great host. She provides all the assistance you need before and during the stay. If you wanna a nice safari or jungle walk experience in Bardiya, or just a relaxing time in the countryside, go for Bardia Homestay! Highly recommended

We would get freshly prepared local Nepali food which was absolutely delicious! They have a wide selection of authentic local food to choose from. If you're in the right season, you can also get to try some fresh local honey! The location of the homestay is great, it is very close to the entrance of the national park. We had a great stay here, and had some incredible wildlife sightings (Rhinos, elephants, tigers, hornbills) thanks to the sharp eyes of Tek Bahadur (fondly called Pappu). Will definitely come to visit again!

An authentic gem on the edge of Bardia National Park! The staff of this family-run lodge is very friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious and based on the vegetables they grow in their own garden, and it is very well located in a quiet area. Anil, who speaks English, French and Hindi, even helped me organise two safari days in the jungle. I really recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and affordable place to stay close to Bardia National Park.

After a long bus drive we were warmly welcomed by the family at Mr. B’s place. We stayed for 3 nights and did a walking safari and two jeep safaris and were lucky to see both tigers and rhinos. Mr. B’s son is the most talented guide we’ve experienced on our trip. Throughout the safari tours he would explain what he was looking and listening for so you always felt like part of the safari from beginning to end. The safaris themselves are worth the stay at Mr. B place and they also charge very fairly for the stay and the safaris. The family were very helpful helping us getting a bus to Pokhara wich completed the stay completely. We had the most amazing and would totally recommend! Sincerely two danish girls
