The privacy and the quiet environment. The balcony view is so relaxing, most esp at night. The location is also close to the Golf course that we went and that made the trip for golfing shorter.

Exceptional! The best accommodation we've had after a month of traveling in the Philippines, and one of the cheapest! Lovely and attentive staff, hot water with good pressure, impeccable cleanliness (10/10), a full set of tableware, a drinking water dispenser, ice cubes, air conditioning, TV, and more... (Blue Tulip is operated by Clockwork Orange suites, this review holds for both) A great place to stay in Mactan close to the airport. The room/studio is exceptionally comfortable, well equipped and well designed as well. There is a lot of attention to detail, such as international+USB power outlets all over the rooms, kitchen facilities (stove, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker), two widescreen TV's with Netflix, good Wifi, mineral water dispenser (both cold and boiling), rain shower, jacuzzi, locker, etc. The design of the studio(s) with its colored lights is unique and adds to the experience. Also the interior is very practical, such as multiple tables with chairs to eat/work/sit. Especially for stays around arrival/departure this location is perfect given it is 5 minutes from the airport, but we would even advice to consider it for a lengthier stay. There are many restaurants, a mall and a supermarket close by. The restaurant in the building (La Famiglia) is great as well with a broad selection of foods. This place is great value for money and we definitely recommend it!
