On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who directed us to our room. The room was bright,warm and spotless with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The well stocked supermarket, which is part of the same building, provided us with whatever supplies we required including great beers and spirits. The fantastic ski storage and drying room is without fault and our equipment was also ready for the slopes each morning after the previous day's activities. Accurate directions from the receptionist led us to the bus stop for the ski bus. It is so nearby! Leave reception and when you reach the road, turn right and it is 80 metres or so to the stop, which is indicated by a small blue sign on the metal railing outside the adjoining hotel. This bus brings you to Terma Bania and the ski slopes, which is the first stop. Extremely convenient! The bus timetable is on the gable of the ski rental shop beside the bus stop. The restaurant which serves breakfast is fantastic. Once again, spotlessly clean and the staff are efficient, polite and friendly. There is a great selection of buffet fare which more than satisfied our appetites. We chose to eat here the majority of the evenings too as the varied menu also provided a fantastic meal and the drinks selection was great too. This coupled with excellent waiting staff made it a wonderful dining experience. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending others to stay here. As for ourselves, we are already looking forward to a return visit!

Wooow! Adam and Agnieszka were just amazing hosts, welcoming us with the biggest smile you can imagine. They were really caring and thoughtful, they even brought us delicious cheese made by their friend. They also really try to get in touch with thier guests. We spent time together, had a beer or two and lots of laughter at the fireplace. We were truely touched by their hospitality and it was pretty hard to leave! The campsite itself is beautifully located, close to the lake, with a small stream right next to it. We had a great time here, especially with the other guests who were also so much fun to be around. Thank you so much guys and good luck with everything in the future! Lots of hugs from Germany! ❤

We liked, we loved everything. From the moment of arriving to the reception desk and the young lady with the warm and friendly personality. So helpful with our arrival and amazing as our waitress in their restaurant in the evening. Excellent accommodations, the feeling of very classy throughout the hotel and restaurant. Great meals and drinks during dining and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Surroundings, nature, quietness. Hotel territory is very clean. Breakfast is good. Almost no people nearby, no music, very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Cottages itself are nice, enormous panoramic windows, bathtub, comfortable furniture, air conditioner. Dog friendly. TL;DR: as an apartment this place is great.

Perfect in every way. You don't get this kind of number in a 5 star resort hotel. Restaurant at the hotel is very fancy, however the prices are very low. This hotel is a "Must visit" if you go anywhere close to this point. The bed is at least 2 meters wide, so you can sleep like you are alone.

The breakfasts are exceptional and vary from day to day. The hotel restaurant is also great, wide choice of dishes a'la carte so everybody can find something for himself. SPA is very cozy, with indoor and outdoor pools depending on your needs.
