The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Really had a great time with the family. The kids loved the pool and the slide. The game room was a great option for entertainment and the casino for adults.I love the check-in and out process. No wait time, the front desk staff is on point with customer service. The manager Mari! She helped us immediately after noticing that we made a mistake in our reservation. She made our weekend GREAT. Excellent worker and manager. The property is eye attractive, clean and very well organized. The restaurant Melao is very good. Excellent breakfast. The team is very social and servicial. The location in front of Plaza Las Delicias is great!
