The owner of the hostel, Akram, is simply wonderful. He welcomed me with so much kindness and friendliness and I immediately felt at home when I came in. He’s a really interesting guy and extremely helpful with anything you might need. The hostel is also super well located, makes it easy to walk around, and they also offer tours. The hostel is small and in my opinion this makes it better because it feels like you’re staying in a home and it makes it easy to connect with other guests as well. Everything was clean, there was a nice kitchen and common area, and overall wonderful place to stay. I would recommend here over anywhere else!! This hostel makes me want to come back to Hebron so hopefully I’ll be back sometime soon :)

1. The place: an old building dating minimum back to the ottoman era in the same complex of buildings of the Nativity Basilica. It's its own entrance in a traditional compound still inhabited by the family who built it! Really nice to see the neighbourhood isn't gentrified or changed by mass tourism! It doesn't get more authentic! The renovation of the place is perfect ; while keeping the authenticity of these ancient stones it's really comfortable and has all needed features, even a kitchenette! The place is also practical for a business stay like mine for instance I was able to iron my shirt! In add to some little details that makes you feel the passion behind all the work put in, smooth music (BTW the place is acoustic 🤪!!), chocolate bars, Nespresso capsule!! 2.Location: in the heart of the city center And the old city right next to the Nativity Basilica, the feeling of waking up in the old town, having breakfast in a small restaurant is incomparable, also all needed shops, bus stations, ATMs are less than 1 min away literally!! 3.Host: Khader responded right away, I told him i'll be there around five, but had to work late and got to the place at 8! He was patient and comprehensible and even assured his availability for any needed help! I would definitely book the place for any upcoming trips in Bethlehem!

The property is centrally located and within walking distance of Nativity of Christ and other heritage sites. If coming for medical Exam Immigration Visa , next door you will find Dr. Robert Sabash, making this place ideal for close proximity and convenience, which was the purpose of our trip. We came for a medical appointment for immigration, and discovered exceptional Hosts. They assisted in every facet of our Trip, which included fair taxi services by Michael and other taxi drivers who went out of there way to help us under the care of the Host per what we needed. An amazing breakfast that felt as if it was served by a 5 star hotel. The rooms are authentic in the Bethlehem experience so get ready to experience the best that Bethlehem has to offer. Our family felt as though we were honored guests. The Host offered a hospitality experience that was above and beyond any we have ever experienced, similar to 5 star stays we have been at I n the past. I want to say sincerely, If you want the best of everything on your trip, you gotta stay at Qandeel Dar Botto. Thank you, Botto family for such a wonderful experience. Truly Amazing!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The facilities were excellent, the family was warm and welcoming and I felt safe and happy there. They truly live up to their name! The family also gives tours as well…which were fantastic. I went away loving Palestine more after staying here. Highly recommended:)

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. Close to restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to the church of Nativity in Bethlehem. But you can also take a taxi for $5 to any place in town. The hotel has few rooms. So it is very quiet.
