This hotel is the full package. We started and finished our Algarve trip in this hotel. We stayed in two different rooms and both were lovely. Staff was always helpful and kind. The pool is beautiful and the location is perfect. Breakfast was luxurious and different than any other place I went to. Highly recommend.

I was very positively surprised by this hotel. You can immediately tell it’s well managed, with great attention to detail in every aspect of service. The staff took care of us in such a genuine way that I truly felt at home. What stood out to me was that all the amenities advertised were not only fully functional, but also of excellent quality. The spa and massage center are on par with a dedicated wellness center—spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The professional hair salon I tried was also very good, and it’s rare to see this level of service inside a hotel. What amazed me most, though, was the richness of the recreation and entertainment program. From early morning onwards, there was always something happening. I especially enjoyed the daily musical entertainment, which added so much to the relaxed, vacation mood. Overall, this is a hotel that truly delivers on everything it promises and more. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable one.

I travelled in November and many of the hotels were closed due to the low season. The magnitude and the size of the facilities was overwhelming. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Staff are excellent. Although, the restaurants are commensurate with this chain, I found them to be both reasonable and of excellent quality. Rooms are soundproof and beds are comfy.

Went above our expectations - First 10min after check-in we extended our stay for another night. Very good service, staffs, for someone who is maniac about cleanliness, I was very comfortable in the room and outside as the personnels made sure everything is always clean. Amazing pool and garden where one can chill and have some quiete peaceful time. Gym, Spa, Sauna and pool, you can spend the whole holidays inside the hôtel 😁. There is a beach like 5min walking from the hôtel very quiete and 20min from City Center of Albufeira with bolt, around less than 10 euro. Will definitively book again next time we are in Albufeira.

It was a perfect stay. We got a bigger room, so it was a great improvement for us. Food in the restaurant was good, breakfast options are the same every. Lunch and dinner are various options, with different fish meals. Bar near pool provides various drinks. Snacks bar near pool quit poor food options, every day the same. Every evening there are some different events, shows near pool. For the childrens works, kids club animators.

Sun, Sand and The Strip!

One of the best Algarve resorts, Albufeira has wonderful beaches, turquoise waters and the dramatic, rocky coastline that makes this part of Portugal so special.

Naturally, life here is all about sun, sand and sea. The most popular Albufeira beach is Fisherman’s Beach and you can still see locals bringing in the fishing boats every morning - if you’re up early enough, that is. Tunnel Beach is accessed through an opening in the cliff, and both have a variety of water sports.

Further up the coast is Albufeira Marina, from where sightseeing boat trips depart, while east of the town is the 9-hole Balaia golf course. On the way here, you pass Arias de Sao João, home to The Strip where the best bars and clubs are found, many staying open until the early hours.

The Old Town of Albufeira is more peaceful, and its cobbled streets house Moorish buildings and some great restaurants serving fresh fish. If you fancy a day trip from Albufeira, the 12th-century remains of Moorish Almoáda Castle in Paderne can be visited for free.

The town is around a 45 minute drive from Faro Airport and there is a fantastic range of beach resorts, small B&Bs and Albufeira apartments at Booking.com.

    As a single female traveller I felt safe and relaxed.

    As a single female traveller I felt safe and relaxed. No hassle. The beach does have broken shells on it, which will break down in time. Life guards are stationed along the beach. Lively at night in the main square where all the restaurants are. A good vibe. The staff speak English and other languages. This trip was my second visit to Alburfeira. Temperature was between 25 to 29 degrees in end of September into October. Streets are steep, so not good on the knees.

    We enjoyed our stay in Albuferia, the weather was gorgeous even in October its was sunny and a steady 25 degrees. Portuguese were very friendly and welcoming everywhere we went. Lots of lovely restaurants both in the square and surrounding streets, never had a bad meal anywhere. Special mention to Riccardos Italian restaurant, fabulous meals made to order and very reasonably priced, well worth a visit. Downside is just how steep the old town and surrounding area was, it would have been a challenge for the older members of our party anyway but in the heat was impossible, lucky fantastic and very reasonably priced taxi service readily available in all areas.

    You will have to learn how to "use" Albufeira in order to have a good time here (if you are over 30)! The town is catering to the very young, primarily UK crowd, that are heavy drinkers in cheap and less then average bars (with excessively loud bad music). Stay away from the 'main' areas and you will be able to find good restaurants where you can have a relaxing meal. I was not able to locate any cocktail lounges that would have had available a good mixed drink and some background music. Sort of like a small version of Times Square in NYC, you can get ripped off very easily if you do not conduct due diligence. Do your homework before arrival and you can enjoy this area as a base to explore this region. Good luck!

    The food and the people are amazing! The views are stunning. The beach is very very long and there's lots of activities to do. As a family we ate out every afternoon and evening, and we visited the local shops for breakfast, snack and accompaniment items to eat in our Villa. We walked everywhere, but there were local transport options available too, specifically the land train. The roads are steep in parts, and will get your heart pumping, but there's well thought out alternative routes you can use with steps or other cut throughs to get you from A to B in an efficient manner! We visited the marina a few times and went out on a boat to see the Dolphins and Caves.

    I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect right in old town but also on the beach. Facilities were spotless clean and my room was delightful facing the sea, Staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful with any queries or getting a taxi for me. Breakfast buffet was delicious. I extended my stay from 2 to 7 days and lovely staff just let me keep the same room.

    What an absolutely amazing stay, the property is in a quieter side of Albufeira, but within walking distance to the old town, so you get the best of both worlds. The view from the pool was incredible, bedrooms were comfortable and house was very modern and spacious! Marcelo was extremely accommodating and very responsive!
