Just excellent, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room is amazing, all new, with a huge bed, super clean, with a very nice balcony with views to the pool and the palm trees. A little paradise. There are cookies, tea, coffee and a fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and polite. Free parking and amazing breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere. Very good location just 15 min from Ponta Delgada and around 30 min to all the best places of the island. I couldn't have asked for more!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare (considering the money). From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of unparalleled comfort and warmth. The staff at your hotel are truly the heart and soul of the establishment. Their commitment to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile, they made me feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality! The rooms were nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every conceivable amenity, they redefine the meaning of comfort. About the breakfast – a delight that set the tone for each day of my stay. It was very efficient breakfast full of fresh Island products. The bathrooms were a marvel in themselves. In conclusion, this hotel has undoubtedly set a new standard for excellence in comfort and hospitality. I cannot recommend it highly enough to fellow travelers seeking an exceptional experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. This was an amazing place and I'm so sad we didn't stay longer. The room was amazing and large. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The pool looked amazing but we didn't get to go inside. Great wifi (even took video calls) great air conditioning, and lots of parking. We were close to the town and beach. Staff was very nice!

Ana is a wonderful host. She is responsive, warm and such a beautiful, generous and gracious person. She takes care of her guests in such an authentic way. Ana's husband and daughter are so charming . We felt so much at home and I miss Ana already. The apartment is in a historical estate of Ana's family with beautiful gardens and a private chapel. The apartment is spacious, carefully designed with attention to the period of the estate and has beautiful restored furniture. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms moden and bright. There is plenty of relaxation and storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a basket of Azorean food which was so kind. There was also oil, vinegar , salt, coffee, tea, and spices. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and impeccable. We were very sad to leave. We recommend highly..

QNSdeL is a 160 year old estate, so it has charming old stone buildings and furniture to match. It has a garden and a vineyard. The pool is nice and clean and the breakfast was very good, including scrambled eggs, bacon, local cheese, fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Anselmo and his family are great hosts and can give tips on what to do on the island. I highly recommend this place.

It's a nice hotel with a good location, as you can reach all the sites very quickly. We have decided for this hotel, as in this time of the year (stayed December, over Christmas) the weather is not always good. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. We used them every day. The gym is also well equipped. We stayed in an appartment and did not use the restaurant facilities. The room view was towards the outdoor pool, but right and left, we had nice views towards mountains and the ocean. Generally, it was a wet side, so we couldn't get the swimming suites dry on the balcony.

    Absolutely beautiful property and lodging. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very quick and simple drive to the airport at Ponta Delgada (takes about 20 minutes), which was important to us on our last night on Sao Miguel island. Also easy access to grocery store in Capelas, about a 5 minute drive. Very interesting to learn about the history of the property, which has been in owner's family for 7 generations. They are justifiably proud!

    Great hotel located right at the ocean on the quiet street. 30 minutes away from the most of activities and only 15 minutes away from Ponta Delgada. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

    Amazing location in a calm place and yet everything was very close. Good wifi and comfy bed. Super helpful and friendly hosts. Capelas town has many good restaurants and a nice coast.
