Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Spacious room, Toilet was big. and clean. Enough pillows and Towel in the room.. lovely breakfast, many items in the breakfast sound proof room. Totally I'm very satisfied and I recommend this place to stay. See you again lovely Santa Appolonia.

The hotel was very clean, it was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The games room/communal area was a very nice touch. Upon arrival I was worried that we had booked into a two star hotel instead of 3, but the hotel was better than most 3 star hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was big and had everything we needed. It even had a balcony. This hotel is a gem.

We loved it so much! We stayed for 4 nights, it was fantastic. The balcony with a view of the castle was a real highlight. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful and caring staff. Location was perfect.
