Amazing location, so central in Alfama and right near some beautiful viewpoints. Still a quick walk to the main city centre. Lovely room with everything I needed - appreciated the small gifts on arrival. Would absolutely stay again if I make it back to Lisbon.

We have stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and I am totally happy with this nice and relaxing place. The interior of the room is absolutely charming, recently renovated, full of light and air, if you prefer to take a nap during daytime feel comfortable to use automatic curtains that fully overlap daylight. Bed and pillow (2 for each person) were much of comfort. Water in large glass bottle, minibar with non alcohol drinks were revived as a compliment. Another pleasant detail were toiletries of loccitane products. All of the staff including reception, cleaning ladies and restaurant employees were professional, very friendly and taking care. Breakfast was delightful, fresh vegetables and fruits, smoothie, fresh juice, cereal, eggs, mushrooms were my favorites, bakery was perfect (not too sweet and not too much heavy),we also ordered at the restaurant chocolate mouse and it was delicious with a cup of espresso! In general food was healthy - I love it! Location was also great, less than one minute from metro station and pretty close to main places of sightseeing. For sure I will visit this hotel once again when I am back to Lisbon!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including hand written notes and daily chocolates. The front desk was super helpful. Location great - close to all we needed but not in the midst of the busy areas. We would definitely stay there again.

I love the jazz night, as a solo traveler it’s great to have some entertainment actually within the hotel. Location is a walk away from some of the sights, but I loved this as I was able to see more of the city and get my steps in. Love the decor of the rooms, usually stay in The Hoxton in city’s like this, but have to say, this was better. The cool touches of the radio and the free bottle of wine shows how customer focused they are in making your stay pleasurable.

We liked the small, hilly cobblestone streets, the red tile roofs, the white buildings decorated with colorful ceramic tiles. We did a Turk tuck tour upon arrival to get familiar with the city which was fun. Hills can be steep and as we are older we used Ubers to get around and they are much cheaper than in the states. Lots of good food. We had a Fado music and dinner night which was a unique experience we would do again. The people of Lisbon are very welcoming, friendly, most speak English and we felt one hundred percent safe everywhere we went. We went at the beginning of October and the weather was perfect-low 80,s, mostly 70,s.

Lisbon is a beautiful and vibrant city, full of character, history, and stunning views. The atmosphere is welcoming, with charming neighborhoods, excellent food, and plenty to explore around every corner. Be prepared for some uphill walks and many stairs, as the city's unique layout includes plenty of elevation — but it's all part of the experience. Fado night at Tasca Do Chico is the place you must visit and enjoy the show. Overall, a delightful destination that combines old-world charm with a lively, modern spirit.

Lisbon has changed a lot since i first visited in the early 90s. Now Lisbon has a variety of 5 stars hotels, international acclaimed restaurants and shops that would envy London, paris and New York, besides being a lot less expensive them most European cities, Lisbon still offers top quality entertainment and services. Breath taking sight seeing and with small trips you can visit nearby cities such as Fatima, Sintra and Comporta and have a bit of everything.

Lisbon is nice city to "go around" and almost at every corner you find something interesting to see. There is sea and beach, hills, small streets, plenty of nice restaurants. I took a cooking class to prepare Pastel de Natas at Compadre Cooking School. That was one of the highlights of my stay. My accommodation was close to tram line 28, so I took several rides with this tram that is one of the top attractions in the city. I can recommend to use daily pass for public transportation and if you have several days, it pays off to buy train ticket for some day and visit e.g. Cascais or some other cities close by to see beach and marinas.

We did a lot of walking over 5 days and felt we got to see some really interesting sites and had some wonderful meals at a variety of restaurants. We found the hills, cobblestones and narrow sidewalks challenging at age 72. But, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This Hotel is a small boutique gem in the 'French Quarter' of Lisbon. Consisting of about 9 individually named and decorated rooms, it met with all of our expectations, friendly, professional, eclectic, so much better than some of the bland which many more up market hotels deliver. We are regular visitors to Lisbon and have tried many Hotels including 5 star, but we will be back to TocTocToc again and again. Cosy, intimate, we left feeling we had made new friends and the owners should be proud of their wonderful staff. Thank you all

The best boutique hotel we have stayed in so far in Lisbon. Just perfect at a good price. This is the second of the Lisbon Heritage Collection hotels we have stayed in - the other, Janelas Verdes Inn, was almost as good. The location is perfect, great room, beautiful, understated décor, outstanding breakfast and wonderful staff. Fair parking price. Also decent food in the bar. I've run out of superlatives. We have tried maybe a dozen different hotels in Lisbon and this now goes to the top of our list.

Man, the receptionists are angels. I have never stayed in a hostel with staff worthing of a 5 star hotel. So helpful and always smiling. The hostel itself is really aesthetic and has a great rooftop view. Bunk beds offer great privacy. The rooms smell so good. You can drink free tea and coffee all the time. Everything was very clean and welcoming. If I ever come back to Lisbon, I am for sure coming back.

Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything was brilliant. Location was amazing too, loved the avenue nearby and close to centre, metro, train station. The apartment had everything we could wish for, comfy beds and extremely quiet. If we ever visit Lisbon again we'll be staying here. Staff were extremely helpful. It's part of a 5 star hotel so the service was top level.
