I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The moment I walked into the room, I could tell how much care was put into the cleaning — everything was spotless, and the bathroom was perfectly clean and even had a pleasant scent. It truly makes a difference and helps you feel right at home. The overall atmosphere is very cozy, with a calm and welcoming decor that creates the perfect environment to relax. An excellent, luxurious 5-star hotel that truly meets all expectations. The rooms were spacious and spotless, cleaned at least twice a day. The large outdoor pool (1.4 meters deep) was a highlight, with very comfortable loungers and a well-equipped pool bar. Breakfast was generous, partly buffet and partly à la carte. The spa area had everything: sauna, steam room, various showers, a large indoor pool, several relaxing rooms, and even an ice shower. The hotel also features a stylish and spacious lobby, and the service was excellent – attentive and ready to fulfill any request.

High/Top service, Smart people . After we left during the Big blackuot Day april 28th, we had no chance to come back home and we returned to the hotel during the Big Blackout, they saved us allowing to stay other 4 days of extended holiday in Portugal. The Hotel Director and all his staff have been superb helping us.

6 nights stay for business in mid-February - so it was the off-season. Although this is certainly a "spa hotel", it is perfectly suited to business travel as well. After a day of meetings in Lisbon, it was a pleasure to return to the hotel to unwind and relax. Bonus was the 5-star breakfast buffet as good as I have had in the Swiss Alps. I hope to return with my wife later this year.

Nice and cozy boutique hotel close to the beach and the casino and many restaurants. I want to give a special thank to Daniel and Paulo the receptionists and Pedro the maintenance guy who promptly supported us and solved an issue we had in the bathroom of our bedroom. They provided us with a new bedroom and this is the problem solving I appreciate. Problems may happen but it’s all in the way you solve them. We enjoyed our short stay and will be back surely. Our dog also loved the private garden (so nice) and fell in love with Daniel.
