Excellent customer service, both in reception and restaurant! Costin, the hotel manager, was so kind, helpful and professional at all times, from speedy check-in to accomodating our special request regarding booking rooms next to each other, assisting with the luggage on check-out, booking the shuttle to the airport on time etc. It’s rare to see so much attention to detail and kindness, really impressed! The hotel is new, great amenities and theme, amazing location! The restaurant staff was lovely, as the quality of the food! Definitely coming back here, my family and I really enjoyed the experience!

Located directly across from the airport- ignore google map directions as it will try to take you on a 40minute walk. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk with a footbridge over the busy road. Very easy to get to and from the airport and the airport train. Check-in was very easy and there is someone at the desk 24hrs so my 4am check-out was accomodated. The bed and room were very comfortable.

Nice big room. The beds were comfortable. I liked all of the wood details. Not a far walk from the castle. The desk clerk told us about a festival that was going on in town and gave recommendations from restaurants.

Clean hotel, very close to the airport but also to Mall Baneasa. Reception is 24/7 which is a good thing if you have late arrivals. Airport shuttle starts at 04:00 and the commute to the airport is approximately 10 mins. The staff is comunicative and professional and all the check in and out process is very fast. We will definitely come back.

The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

Well located to the airport.

Well located to the airport. Easy to access with train line nearby. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. We needed somewhere comfortable just for one night and this suited us perfectly. Some shops and restaurants nearby.

I had a great time with my children in Bucharest.

I had a great time with my children in Bucharest. The bus system helps you get around the city cheaply. Uber is also very affordable. Our highlight was spending the day at the famous Therme Spa, lots to do, fun slides, restaurants, outdoor space and lots of lounge beds. Great locker system with a wristband for all your needs, you then pay at the end. Drinks and desserts are delicious, food is OK. You can catch a shuttle bus from the spa straight to the airport, so we were able to stay at the spa right up to the end of our stay. Most people were friendly and helpful if they were able to speak English. Perfect for families, couples or adult group trips.

Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking...

Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking was 15 mins . Convince store in the area not too far. Clean neighbourhood Built up area. Close enough to The Therme Spa,10 minute taxi ride. Can catch uber or bolt around €8-€10 not even . I think because we were 5 people it was a little more so will be less of 3people. Close to airport too. Can catch bus or taxi. Must visit Edenland for the children and yourself. Zip lining, archery, fun day out.

The women are quite racist be careful, everything is quite far from the hotel and you need to book bolt's. Make sure you carry a charging point converter because the hotel doesnt have the UK plugs and dont have any points available.

The hotel was ok downstairs until you got into the room. Room Was very basic, had all the things there for a tea but no kettle. I was woken up at 11:45pm by next door because there was a gap at the top of the wall which you could see next doors light switched on and they were having a conversation which sounded like they were sat in the bed with me, I could even hear him snoring. Breakfast was very basic and minimal so even though my breakfast was included, I didn’t eat.

The breakfast was great - as was the shuttle service from Airport Arrivals, and back again after breakfast to pick up our hired car. The hotel is modern and minimalist and the staff were welcoming. Our flight had been delayed and by the time we arrived the hotel restaurant was closed. However, we found a nice little cafe in the filling station next door, and were able to partake of a pre -bedtime snack.

The staff was very friendly, the food in the Rustic restaurant was very delicious, our family enjoyed the pool and the plentyfoul and delicious breakfast as well as the friendly and swift room service when one of our children was sick for a while. If we come to Bucurest again we'll make sure to stay at RIN hotel once again!

Excellent hotel for business travellers. For a day or two. Great location. On the North side of Bucharest (Otopeni), 5 minutes walk from the airport. Lovely staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Parking place available. Very good restaurant with typical Romanian food nearby (Casa Romaneasca).
