I basically liked everything about my stay at Braira, Jubail. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower which is important for me when staying at a resort or hotel. I ordered egg noodles from my room which was well presented and very delicious. The staff were all very friendly and looked very professional in their uniforms. Will definitely stay at Braira again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail, and I was truly impressed. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sabreen, the Front Office Supervisor. Her warm welcome, efficiency, and kindness set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping team, led by Zohaib, did an outstanding job in maintaining the room's cleanliness and organization. I also appreciate the support provided by Javed from the sales team, who was always available to assist us during our stay. Ayyaf Al Zahrani, the Duty Manager, was also very helpful and professional. Special thanks to the General Manager, Nader Madhkour, for building such a fantastic team. I'd like to extend a particular thank you to Sabreen, whose exceptional service made us feel valued and appreciated.
