Transportation to Haram was very convenient. Welcome tray of snacks and tea was great. Room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff were very attentive. Lots of shops at the bottom floor.

The guys at the reception will do anything to find for you solutions always, we arrived very early and they managed for us to check us early in, mohammed, sultan and the rest, all great service, the gold car is huge plus to get to the hotel and you can pray all prayers in haram since it is a 5 mins walk.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very kind, everything was clean and professional. It's on a small hill but getting there isn't difficult as it's close enough to the haram, 10 or 15 minute ride by taxi or uber. And it is pet friendly, my cat had a great time! Alhamdulillah I would really come back again and I wish the amazing staff here the best of luck inshaAllah. حياكم الله و الله يعطيكم العافية
