Everything. Ms. Marwa at the reception desk was so kind and she accommodated us early, although the check-in time is at 16:00hrs. Furthermore, the lady at Masarati was also helpful and kind enough to accommodate our last minute request for transportation to the airport. Great staff and great property, highly recommended.

It is very easy check in and check out. The room is clean, I like to furniture, sofa, bed, bath and they are clean. It is closed to Masjid Haram gate. Breakfast is good they separate between group and who book personal room trough booking.com. It is very easy access to basement where i parked my car. I get discount for parking during stay, we stay 2 nights and reception asked to pay only 384 sar

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very kind, everything was clean and professional. It's on a small hill but getting there isn't difficult as it's close enough to the haram, 10 or 15 minute ride by taxi or uber. And it is pet friendly, my cat had a great time!
