We had upgraded room twice once by booking.com and the other by the hotel. Plenty of water, coffee and tea. Amoauge brand soup and cream Excellent breakfast New hotel. The Harsm just across the road.

Staff was amazing and friendly, and the hotel was spacious and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were new and clean. Loved their hospitality and I would def recommend it if you go do Umrah.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, everything was well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.     Nice clean hotel at 10 min walk from Haram. Smooth check in, polite and cooperative staff, clean modern looking room. Restaurant needs up gradation, and addition of a light breakfast in this rate would be wonderful.
