The host couple was incredibly kind and welcoming. The lady of the house gave us a lovely roundtrip tour, allowing us to discover the beautiful beaches of the Takamaka area. Our room was very spacious, clean, and was brand new. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking dinner there on several evenings. She also kindly gave us rides to the kitesurfing spot on multiple days, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A swimming pool is currently being built at the hotel, so there was a small construction site in the yard, but it didn’t bother us at all as we relaxed on our balcony and enjoyed the evening. All in all, it was a wonderful experience staying at Charme de Village — we warmly recommend it!

This was our first visit to Seychelles - and we felt in love with Mahé, and with this property! This was just a perfect holiday home for us. Extremely spacious, cosy, tastefully furnished and fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment (actually, a half of a house, with the owner's family living in another half) with an awesome terrace and an ocean view, surrounded by a garden with banana, papaya and breadfruit trees. The host, Stella, was extremely friendly and helpful, meeting all our wishes and answering all questions we had. She cleaned the apartment daily, prepared some drinking water, fruit and a few other little bites for our arrival, and once even brought us local home-made delicious desert. We felt like in paradise... many thanks Stella!!

Very highly recommend Grace Self Catering! The hosts are extremely kind & hospitable and go out of their way to help, even generously supplying fruit and food for our late night arrival. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well appointed unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

View was out of this world. The photo's did'nt do the surroundings justice in my view. Very lush in greenery,romantic,can see why my daughter chose this location. Staff at the hotel we're so understanding with the Wedding guests toing and throwing backwards and forwards from Kepinski Hotel to Lazare Picault and the Villa also. The taxi service,what can I say,they were absolutely brilliant, so much patience and understanding, nothing was to much trouble for them, they looked after the Wedding guests like royalty, and we're tourist guides also.The whole experience was fabulous.What more can I say, but a very big thank you to all and everyone of you.

    Betty at the reception is kind and helpful. She gladly provides recommendations for restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend renting a car, which can also be arranged through the hotel. Breakfast is served at the table and consists of fresh fruit, toast, and coffee or tea. We found it to be quite good, and the staff at breakfast were very friendly. There is a mini market right across the street.
