The property was beautiful and well-maintained. There was ample outdoor space with tables to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean with a newly renovated bathroom. It was well stocked with appliances, silverware, and glasses. First, I did not understand the lower rankings of this hotel, as everything was excellent. The staff at the hotel, from check-in to check-out, provided excellent tips for rafting and booked rafting trips for us, all of which were well-organised and effective. The staff in the hotel cafe bar were wonderful too. Our room was amazing, it was so warm outside, but we did not even need an air conditioner. Beautiful view. The breakfast was very generous, and a wide variety of local products were available. Very environmentally friendly, with a reduced carbon footprint. The hotel was genuinely doing it; it is the way of life. Well done.

The location was excellent with off street free parking and an easy walk to town. We had the ground floor apartment (1) which had terrace access and big sliding doors. The whole apartment was finished to a very high standard, check in was seamless and Andrej was always on hand on WhatsApp to assist if needed. Although we didn’t use the service, laundry can be arranged (there is no washing machine in the apartment) The absolute bonus was having Lucky Luke’s adventure company on site. The prices is excellent, the experiences unforgettable. Luka not only is incredibly friendly but professional and passionate about his job. If you’re coming to Bovec to go rafting or canyoning you can’t go wrong with pre-booking via the apartment before you go!
