I stayed in a business suite. It was clean, spacy, and modern. Moreover, despite the loud event at the ground floor during that night, they accommodated me at the top floor where I could barely hear the fragments of music, and thanks to good sound insulation I also couldn't hear other guests. Therefore, I had a really good sleep there (I could still hear some noise from the street, but it was reasonable for a city center). The personnel was really friendly, always in a good mood and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious - the selection was relatively standard for 4* hotels, but the food tasted really well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Martin. It is really uncommon to get such a level of service in the Martin area.

Travelers from California here. It is very rare we give 10 but this place earned it. My wife and I booked two bedroom apartment and it was perfect. Everything. Three nights of good sleep and some work done since we were on business trip. We ate at their restaurant several times and had breakfasts too. Everything again was perfect. We had very good time here and must recommend this hotel to everyone. Price is fair as a bonus.

As we travel the world, we've come to appreciate more spacious accommodations, and this apartment definitely fits the bill. Having lived in Martin for half of my life, I had a good sense of the layout, but we were pleasantly surprised by how well it was configured and equipped with modern appliances. The bed was firm and exceptionally comfortable, just the way we like it. The private parking space is a great bonus, especially since the city is gradually expanding paid parking zones. It's also conveniently close to the center if you don't mind a short walk. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

    An old provincial town nestled in a valley between forested...

    An old provincial town nestled in a valley between forested hills. Although only a few streets of older houses remain, it has a special significance in the country's cultural history, with a good ethnographic museum that looks dilapidated from the outside but is excellent inside. To the south-east is an open-air country life museum, which looked promising although there wasn't enough time to visit it. Nearby to the west is the country's first Via Ferrata, an excellent challenge requiring about 2-3 hours to climb up, plus the return walk down. Besides this the hills are full of trails and forest roads for hiking and exploring.

    What a brilliant place to visit and even nicer people!!

    What a brilliant place to visit and even nicer people!! I hope I will continue to return for many more years and that I can find the time to stay longer in a future visit. The central town plaza is clean and pleasant with a wide variety of shops and places to eat. There are often public events that add to the strong sense of community. History, hospitality and a wonderful natural environment. Martin is a real hidden treasure!

    very kind, precious small town with nice architecture and small distances Metropola has awesome breakfast and quality coffee! Public transport also acceptable, but access the city by car is preferable due to reach good hiking starting points easier. Peaks (Ostredoks, Male and Velky Fatra, Ostra), rocks, forests, gorges all nice with children as well

    The Rooms are very spacious, clean, and have everything a Hotelroom should have. Beds were large and comfortable. Bathroom clean and also comfy. The Value for Money is excellent! Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly Staff although a tiny bit to strict (Can't let your child eat popcorn while you enjoy some drinks you bought from the Hotelbar) The Hotel is in the middle of nature, so nice views and vibes here.

    It was a short but pleasant stay. Our host was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from, maybe one or two more vegetarian options would balance the menu.
