I was skeptical about the rating I saw for the property when I booked it. But it thoroughly deserved it. Was a fantastic place. Excellent location. Very nice, tidy, and spacious rooms. Mr Ping was awesome. He helped us with all the activities and places on the island. He also dropped us to the pier on the checkout date. We really enjoyed our stay, and definitely will visit again.

My husband and I went to koh Phangan to experience the full moon party but didn’t want to stay in it so this hotel was perfect as it was a short drive on a Moto from the festivities. Jodi the owner was super helpful in getting us checked in even though it was late. The resort is as beautiful- right on the beach and just quiet enough. The sat pool party was also very fun. Would definitely recommend!

The staff and the vibe of Tiki are unmatched. Everyone is always happy to talk to you and make sure your enjoying your stay. I had originally booked to stay for 3 nights but I ended up staying for 2 weeks!! Tiki felt so much like home. I enjoyed the events the staff put on every night and they did such a good job at bringing guests together. I stayed in the dorm and i actually enjoyed the experience as i got to meet and connect with others from around the world. The bed was comfy and the curtains provided good privacy. Next time im on Koh Phangan i will degibitly be back

Very friendly staff, pool was nice and air conditioning worked wonders. You can hear the main road but the noise is not too bad due to the hotel being behind some buildings. Decided to extend our stay and was cheaper in person than online which is also great. Rooms were very clean and nice especially after room service, absolutely spotless :)

Owners Ki and Chris have done an amazing job with remodeling and updating the property and Villas. We stayed in a beachfront Villa with a private infinity pool. Villa was large, very modern, with much attention to detail. Felt very safe and secure. Well exceeded our expectations. Staff were amazing, food was very good and had spectacular sunsets.     I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area. I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk. There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant. Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!! You can see the sunset from the beach.

    This side of the island is considered the most alive as it is close to the pier and there are a lot of bars, street markets and super markets. I would recommend it as a convenient option for accomodation.

    Been in tiki beach 3 times and it was great! The rooms are very comfortable, the hotel fasciitis are great, great environment, the staff are awesome and they offer a lot of things like yoga, motorcycles rental and ice bath (for free for guests!) Tiki beach is a great place for both travelers who want affordable but good place and for digital nomads (they have workspaces)

    Lovey little hotel, think it's family run and they were so friendly and welcoming. Helped us book taxis and get to the full moon party. Clean pool area and rooms with water bottles left everyday. Rooms nice and clean and spacious, the beach is a 30 second walk away.

    The resort is located right on the beach. The rooms were big for travellers and were clean. There were massages done on the beach provided by the hotel at a cost & a free volleyball net. They also had paddle boards free to use. Food was okay. Ice coffee was good.

    Very closed to the beach, and nice location if you want to hang out in Koh Phangan (near Jungle Party and OXA). The restaurant is okay, the service is a bit slow but the food is good. There is a 7-Eleven and shops nearby.
