We had to change hotels at the last minute for the last four days of our holiday. We chose the Hyatt regal as I'd had nothing but good service from Hyatt when used to travel for business. Checkin was seamless, and we were immediately made to feel ease by Eve at the checkin. Later on We did need to change room ,however the staff delt with this rapidly and could not do enough for us to accommodate us in a new room. The staff here are to be frank went above and beyond with speedy freindly service everywhere around the hotel I. Good transport to and from our room. The food we had was of a high standard at all times , from the fantastic buffet selection at boreakfast to dinner and Latin selection at the casa boho. Both of the pools are amazing and the views from casa boho infinity pool are brilliant. If you go early when it's not busy you can enjoy a near private DJ and pool experience DJ set at casa Boho was awsum and really set the atmosphere We were also treated to Thai dancing in the restaurant one evening which was a wonderful breakfast to dinner and Latin selection at the casa boho. Both of the pools are amazing and the views from casa boho infinity pool are brilliant If you go early when it's not busy you can enjoy a near private DJ and pool experience DJ set at casa Boho was awsum and really set the atmosphere We were also treated to Thai dancing in the restaurant one evening which was a wonderful surprise We would like to thank all the management and staff for an Amazing stay

Friendly and attentive staff. Allowed for an earlier check-in. Deposit of 3,000 baht was promptly returned upon check out. Amazing pools. Room service was great too. Location wise, probably the best in Kamala because the hotel is close enough to the beach and town but far away enough that it feels somewhat secluded. The 4 lane road to cross to get to the beach was really fine. Could be an issue for less abled people. Next time, I would like to book a pool access room because they looked so lovely and private. Baan Mai massage outside was wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

    There is a village feel to Kamala Beach, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants etc. Lots of local stalls for drinks, food, massages, sun loungers etc right on the beach. Later in the day beach volleyball is very popular - casual horseriding, jet skis, surfing and parasailing available. Some walkways/footpaths along the beach restaurant areas have been upgraded in the past 2 years - so much easier. There are now 3 supermarkets on the main road. This area is very popular with something for everyone. Our absolute favourite area in Phuket.

    It is a good beach with surf and facilities all along the beachfront. Shade from trees and plenty of chairs to hire. Food drink and massage readily available and also surf board, boogie board hire - lessons if wanted.

    The beach was clean .

    The beach was clean . There were designated areas that had clear notices saying it was dangerous to swim . There was an area that wasn’t designated dangerous for swimmers where the waves weren’t big. Lovely to sit and watch the water. There are lots of little restaurants along the Beach.

    Kamala Beach is much quieter than Patong.

    Kamala Beach is much quieter than Patong. Good for those who do not need a marijuana outlet on every corner or taking your life in your hand crossing the road. Good for families or more mature people who do not need to be entertained 24//7. Everything you need is within walking distance including supermarkets, public transport (though not very frequent), and a lot of restaurants and bars.

    Been going to Phuket for years, sorry to say Phuket is not...

    Been going to Phuket for years, sorry to say Phuket is not as nice any more, to much traffic and the prices have gone up silly, the green fields are all being built on close to the sea. This is not Thailand, it's more like tourist paradice.

    if you're into chill beaches, this is the one for you! not overcrowded, not too many kids, not loud and drunk tourists, decent amount of restaurants next to the beach... regarding beach experience itself - I would say it was clean, water is also without garbage, and high and low tide dont affect too much water experience

    This hotel was perfect for our stay! The location is really good, only a few minutes walk from the beach & also very close to shops/ restaurants! The room was very big, a huge bed & the air conditioning was definitely an extra bonus! The staff here are so friendly, very helpful & really lift the atmosphere of the place! We loved every minute of our stay here & wished we had more time to stay longer! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Phuket!

    -Location is very nice if you are looking for a peaceful place, in Kamala , the view is amazing especially for sunset you can watch it from your room, the rooftop, and the restaurant -Room clean , modern, big, confortable and amazing view -Breakfast is amazing with a beautiful view as well and the pool , food in the restaurant very good as well -Staff is very nice Everything was perfect One of my favorite hotel in Phuket , I will come back 100%
