Everything was perfect. Very cosy atmosphere. Not far from main attractions. You can rent a bike if you need to move faster. Host suggested wonderful boat trip and booked for us tuk tuk to train station on the way back. So we perfectly spent time in Ayutthaya without any worries. Thank you very much.

The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Everything! The staff are lovely, the rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are comfy. The garden is tranquil and is in a quiet location, despite being 1 minute walk to the main road. The American breakfast is nice, and they also give you watermelon and mini banana muffins. The photos make it look older than it is - it's modern and lovely. We travelled as a family of 5 (3ad + 9yo + 7yo). They kindly stored our luggage for the day until we caught the 133 sleeper train to Laos. 5 min walk down the road we can highly recommend a restaurant [something like Sabong). It's not street food. It's very affordardable with Thai food, fries, delicious smoothies, fab deserts, and is constantly jam-packed.
