Very friendly and helpful staff Beautiful location which is a little hard to get to but if you ask they can arrange pickup from the nearby town. Tasty food, very clean room, great breakfast.

Perfect. Everything here is perfect for us. Is in the middle of the jungle, beauty place, a lot of exotic trees around. We regret that we spend here only two nights. ideal plan for this place is rent scooter and get lost thought empty jungle roads and native villages around, without tourist. it's very close to pier to visit Khao sok National park. owner is lovely, helpfull person who organise everything (taxi, trip to Khao sok, scooters and so on) and has good English.  breakfasts is tasty and enought with the spectacular view!. Room is clean and nice. we were afraid about route to camp cause we read reviews, but it is quite ok, of course you need to be carefully and no rush but we handle this via scooters (non experience drivers, 3x woman :D ) . for sure we back here. thank you for everything! Is close to good restaurant (6 minutes via scooter), 10 minutes to marina. PS. If you struggle about transfer from island (Samui, Tao, Phangan you need to find transport to khao sok and get out erlier in khao wong, ban tha khun, and it takes you 4 hours)

Very nice location in the middle of the forest, next to the river. The wooden tents are cozy, equipped with a fan and to my surprise there was no mosquitos inside. The bathroom is in another small building, all clean. The host organises different activities, such as bamboo rafting which was a great fun.

The place is really cute - we stayed in one of the bamboo houses - not huge, but had everything we needed and even an A/C! The best about this place, however, is the incredibly warm and helpful staff. It felt like we're staying with family friends. They helped us rent a scooter, gave us tips on what to visit and hugely helped us with arranging the transport onwards.

We were leaving with tears in our eyes. Beautiful family, beautiful atmosphere, we felt like home. We want to definitely come back one day and we are so grateful we could spend one week at this beautiful place. We were supposed to stay only 4 nights, but we couldn't leave without prolonging our time here. We miss the whole family and smiles of the neighbors giving us fruit for free. We enjoyed the walks in the surrounding area, or just chilling in the garden. Definitely recommend.

It’s a good place to stay for a couple of nights And a reasonable price Big rooms and bathrooms Mattress to hard for me Nice bar and restaurant with a good happy hour and a pool table Menu was OK but recommend you stay with Thai food really Breakfast selection limited Overall I would definitely stay again Just remember you are in Thailand so sometimes things get lost in translation

If you can get a room with a private pool and Mountain View...

If you can get a room with a private pool and Mountain View it’s amazing . Only ten minutes to the dam . The most incredible day out and the hotel can arrange this for you . A7/11 is 12 minutes walk away . The hotel is an hours drive from Khoa Lak itself .
