The room is clean and big enough for two people. We stayed for 4 nights. It has everything you need and is located at the quiet end of the beach but walking distance to the center area for all activities. It’s really out of my expectation. The beach and the bar is awesome with stunning view. The sea at the door is peaceful and safe for swimming and kayaking. The hotel was fully booked every day but we didn’t feel the crowd and managed to enjoy the place.

Everything about the place is ideal. 2 pools depending on what you want, with one on the beach front with massage stops in the perfect location The hotel is right in the centre of everything too, so absolutely ideal for us depending on whether we were going shopping or partying. The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially Qing Qing on reception, an absolute delight.

Wide room, comfortable bed. Very nice swimming pool. Super stylish hotel. breakfast included was ok can improve a bit, doesn’t reflect the quality if the Hotel. i would put and espresso machine for example. The staff were super friendly. location is very good for nightlife.

    I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . The night markets are great

    Stayed on the beach and didn't venture in to the town of Chaweng, or the high street, didn't need to. A mix of resorts and hotels on the beach, from 5* to 3*, all offering great locations, food and friendly service. Some were child friendly, and very shallow waters safe for kids or non swimmers. Some hotels were adults only. It's been 10 years since I last visited and it's better than I remembered.

    Chaweng is a beautiful destination for a chill out holiday The Jungle Tour is definitely worth doing & don't be afraid to barter the price Lots of eateries with great selection of food to choose from Fishermans Market is very pretty at night & there are bargains to be had If you hire a car or scooter - by careful if you like to dabble in the Green because the Police will pull you over & you will get a hefty fine - not worth it - grab a taxi or the local rides (which are cheap)

    I think I would prefer to go a bit further to Lamai beach. 10km away. The private taxi from the airport cost 400baht to go the 2 km. Walk past the desk and locate a normal taxi. I found that the normal price for a taxi is 500baht for 10km or 600baht for 15km.

    Chaweng has something for everyone. we were 2 50+ adults...

    Chaweng has something for everyone. we were 2 50+ adults with our 28 year old son and girlfriend. They enjoyed the nightlife on the strip with some friends and we enjoyed some lovely lunches and and beach days in a nice resort whilst they recovered from the nights excesses. You can arrange excursions to other islands easily. I would caution against staying up the big hills as it puts the taxi drivers off.

    If your expectations are cottage chic, you’re going to be...

    If your expectations are cottage chic, you’re going to be happy. If it’s hotel with amenities, your reaction will be a bit surprised. I wish they provided more than just a bar of soap and one towel each. No bathmat, no hand towels, no shampoo. Air conditioning was excellent. The rooms were clean but the bathroom window didn’t close so there were spiders, but we were in a jungly atmosphere so I didn’t mind. The restaurant prices were high so we didn’t eat there. Tons of restaurants, 7-Elevens and the Chaweng night market nearby.

    A fantastic hotel complex in a super location right on the beach as well as being in the town centre. The Staff in this hotel were superb, from the restaurant staff at breakfast to the beach bar staff throughout the day and evening. Our room was serviced extensively each day and the hotel grounds were constantly maintained throughout our stay. Reception were also fantastic in giving us information on excursions and taxis, If ever in Koh Samui again I would genuinely be booking this hotel. Loved it

    From arrival to leaving the trip, hotel and staff were super kind and courteous. The hotel is a peaceful haven nestled in the main Chaweng beach road. Perfect as you can have the peace when in the resort but as soon as you step out your in the heart of all the bars and restaurants Chaweng offers. The staff are the most important part and go out of their way to help, especially being we had a four month old. Room was superb and we will be going back again. Special mention to Yao, Jeat & May

    First Bungalow Beach Resort ⛱️ offered a quiet stay very close to all the action on Koh Samuis best beach. We had a private stand alone waterfront( 2nd row but with waterview) cabin right near the beach bar and restaurant . The beautiful gardens were well tended and more are being planted. The view from the restaurant at breakfast each morning overlooking Nth Chaweng Beach the rocks and colourful fishing boats was superb. We can highly recommend its position and value for money

    The hotel facilities are new, hotel is beutifull with kind service and personal all around, many pools of all kinds, the breakfast is remarkable! Probably the best in Koh samui hotels. Cleaning level is very high, no doubt a great high standart hotel with all the goods you can ask for. 7 min drive fron chaweng area (250 Bhat) Many beutifull places for pictures with infinity pools and gardens.
