the Service with the entire team is top notch. The Buttler assigned to my villa, Irainy, was the most amazing person i have come across. She is kind and patient. I fell sick and she called a pharmacy, then drove me there to get my medication. I wish all hotel staffs were Irainy. My 2nd favorite person was Nat, he came along for my half day private boat trip. the hotel is amazing, clean, smells good, view is mind blowing, good wifi, close to the beach, over all ambiance- chef kiss.

Everything! Our family has been going to this hotel for the past 12 years. The staff is unbelievable! Especially, everyone on the outstanding Management Team. Also wonderful Soa of Housekeeping. Anthicha, who is a new waitress was so friendly and helpful. Not forgetting all the other staff in the dining room that has been there for many years. Super, quiet location on Ao Yon beach, southern Phuket, with restaurants, massage, bars, and shops all close. Lovely rooms, warm, helpful staff, and the 4th-floor pool area and bar are terrific, we watched the sunrise over the tranquil bay from the pool, and had a couple of happy-hour mai thais there too 🙂. Wasing & drying machines on guest floors, the 4th-floor one worked very well. We had opted out of the hotel breakfast, which is 350 Baht each........the 7-11 nearby supplied our needs for everything. We went walking along the beach from the hotel on 2 days, striking out over the headland rocks in both directions, and found some superb coves and longer beaches with very few people. Had good, inexpensive lunches at "Eat Me", to the east, an authentic little place opposite the Naval Command building, and "At the Beach", on a longer stretch of beach to the north-west. The beach immediately behind the hotel is great, not crowded, with options for paddleboard and kayak hire. Really nice, relaxing stay!

The views are breath taking. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. They have a shuttle every 10 minutes that takes you back and forth to the shops below. The list of things we loved is endless. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
