Hotel Atlas is really nice - from the free airport pick-up to fast and easy check-in and room being ready early it was a great start! Relatively quiet area slightly east of the very centre so we used taxis a bit - the front desk will always call one and explain to the driver where to go - and will also set you up with the best local ride-sharing app. Very good selection at the included breakfast buffet.

Great place! Great and very convenient location! Great staff! I made a mistake at the airport and took the wrong suitcase, it was very late at night and I did not have local currency, but the manager Ali called me a taxi, explained what to do and gave me money for the trip there and back!!! huge windows nice view at room upstairs. The house does not have lift but staff is kind enough to help carry our luggage up and down.

The people (staff) were super nice and couldnt have been more helpful, from an early check in to sorting out my taxi to the airport, the staff including the cleaning team couldnt have been nicer. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful and were very nice.

I´m leaving the feedback on behalf of my mum. It´s the third time in a row she has chosen to stay at ´Serena´ for New Year holidays. Actually, we all love the place. The staff is nice and kind, the room is spacious and cosy. The hotel is close to lots of cafes and restaurants, as well as the Opera and Ballet theatre.

The location is OK, but took some serious effort to find with the construction sites all around Dushanbe. No post outside of the building with the name of the hotel, so we had to knock on random doors, and then we found it and wake up the guy that does the administration around 3 PM.
