My stay at this hotel was excellent. The facilities are comfortable and clean, but what really made the difference was the staff’s service. I especially want to highlight Kenan, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and attentive at all times. Stuff was very helpful the minute we opened our mouth for something they provided right away. If you stay near the Eser hotel, best option is a taxi to the Metro Bus station (Son Durak) and from there you can get into the city (depending where you go its about 30 - 45 minutes for being at the more tourist places. The place has everything you need from the restaurants,...

The place has everything you need from the restaurants, shopping malls and boutiques , museum and historical sites and affordable restaurants and souvenier shops along the beach. People are helpful, friendly and honest. The beach has a nice view of the neighbouring towns around Istanbul. The place is quiet and peaceful and a bit far from the chaotic and buisy city of Istanbul.

The bed is comfortable and the location was good /because we had work at the morning in Buyukcekmece/ on our way to Istanbul. So it’s good for one night sleep on the way. The guy on the reception it’s helpful.
