Hi I stayed in this hotel my room number was 305 first of all my booking total amount should be 72 Eur that’s mean 77 Dollar The reception took 94 Dollar , I told them several times but they ignored my speech. Having stayed in Samsun before, I was aware of the locality and Cepnis is perfectly placed on the seafront. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, breakfast was ideal & they accommodated the group of children we had with us very well.
