There was nothing to dislike about this stay. The owner is polite and hospitable,the outside area is serene and relaxing. The room was exceptional. Very clean accommodating and resourceful and definitely surpassed my expectations. It was definitely a place you wanted to come back to after being out. 10/10 experience, can't wait to return on a longer stay

I got an upgrade on my room which was fantastic. All the staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. A few in particular, Kurl, Dion, Sanchez and Joan, The lady who did our eggs and the lady who took our orders in the Morning and the bartender by the pool. They really made our stay more comfortable. I think the rooms we had were comfortable, the food was good but I think they need more staff for things to go a little quicker in that department. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Have you ever stayed somewhere and thought, “Wow, every detail here was so well thought out”? That’s exactly the feeling you get at Sugarbird. As a frequent staycationer, I can honestly say this villa blew me away. I usually pack like I’m moving house, but here I didn’t need a single extra thing! In fact, there were things that were included that i don't even have at home. Karen anticipated it all! She’s incredibly thoughtful and lightning-fast responsive, which made the whole experience seamless. The villa itself? Gorgeous. Fully equipped and decorated with such impeccable taste that it feels equal parts luxurious and welcoming. Every corner shows care and intention. Hands down, one of the best stays I’ve ever had! 10 out of 10! Will definitely recommend it!

    I love the location of this hotel.

    I love the location of this hotel. Close to the Airport and it's practically on the beach. Store bay with it's delightful food and souvenirs are just outside the gate. The hotel bar serves up some delicious cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed the Seafood chowder. 👍💯

    The place was clean and had a pool ,not to far from the airport the host was helpful but you definitely need a car. It should have hooks over the bathroom door and outside area to hang your bathing suits and towels to dry the host took us to the airport that was nice 👍🏽

    It’s great, close to everything you could possibly want, beaches, reef tours, banks, the airport, Ice cream shops, food and drink spots (authentic creole, Italian (the pasta gallery), Chinese and a few fast food outlets etc.)

    Again COVID played a significant factor.

    Again COVID played a significant factor. I only found one decent restaurant, but there were many closed and you wondered whether they would ever reopen. But I guess the local people are resolute enough to keep hoping for better things in these these times of uncertainty. I would imagine under normal circumstances Crown Point to be a bustling tourist hot spot and with the airport being within twenty minutes of the centre of the resort, you couldn't wish for a better place to start your holiday in the sun.
