We loved everything. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise, and heading out to dig into an amazing spread of food made from their own farm, and once you're full to head aside and have tea with the owner. It's perfect.

Beautiful property, amazing views! Hot pot dinner was delicious and definitely worth the money. It was an easy walk to the hikes in the area and to the bus stop for Alishan. They have cold and hot water taps and are near a convenience store so you could also enjoy some cozy instant noodles if you like. There’s also a communal microwave, and fridges in the rooms.

This place is such a gem!!!! The room was sparkling clean, the bed was veeeery comfy, the sunset & sunrise views from the balcony are just a dream!! The owner is extraordinarily welcoming and caring, and also makes delicious tea. There’s also a small kitchenette in the common area which is very convenient to store your food & make tea and coffee, etc. The breakfast was tasty and took place on a terrace with mountain and tea plantation views. The property is located next to hiking trails and it’s just such a great walk, we liked it even more than Alishan park.

Beds were super comfortable, lovely rooms and facilities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and more than happy to spend time teaching us how to brew tea properly (which is distributed around the house and you can use as you wish!).

    If travelling with older folks (>50y/o above) who are not...

    If travelling with older folks (>50y/o above) who are not used to strenuous physical activities, I would recommend 3d2n stay in the area so that they can fully enjoy Alishan without feeling rushed, especially after the long winding drive up. Apart from the Alishan national park itself, I'd highly recommend going for the tea trail/ sakura trail/ mist trail around Shi Zhao Tea plantations in the morning if the weather is good.

    Breeze area with nature forest and Alishan tea hills. Must visit! Really a recharge to be there. If you have time stay there 2 nights at least to explore the area and unwind yourself in the nature. 1 night is still too short.

    Back to nature.

    Back to nature. It has a lot of walking trails with awesome views. Love the tea oil Chicken and fried stream shrimps. Best to rent a car or book for private transport to travel around Alisan as the interval for public bus iS at least half an hour.

    It was a beautiful accommodation. very well maintained, staff are always friendly and helpful :) The toiletries were well provided, and of good quality (Loccitane). Simple breakfast is provided, lots of tea and coffee to enjoy. You definitely need some form of transport arrangement if you have big luggages because it’s located on a mountain, and there are many vehicles around. There are many buses at the nearby bus stop (it’s about 10 mins away) that can bring you to Alishan attractions.

    The Japanese-style rooms were beautiful. Superb view of the mountain valley from all rooms, especially the tea drinking room! We were also very impressed with the facilities and equipments inside the room (the automatic toilet was a godsend!). The location was also good for exploring Shizuo village, and Alishan park area, as long as you have a car. Moreover, the B&B is ran by a tea growing family, so you can buy some good tea right there, and visit their tea farm.

    We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The host was super friendly, we had a delicious Taiwanese breakfast and the view from the terrace was stunning. We received tea upon arrival and could enjoy the tea while sitting on the rooftop terrace.
