United KingdomWe are currently on a road trip. This one of the best Days Inn's we have stayed in.
The location overlooking and in the mountains was lovely. Our room was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was good even though I only have cereal, my husband enjoyed the cooked breakfast.
Not least all the staff were excellent, including the gentleman who came and fixed the television in our room. It was also nice having a restaurant on site.

NetherlandsIncredible river slide location - we would not have stopped in Sutton but for Elk River Hotel with its clamping tents. Super friendly staff - thanks for posting our iPad!!! Good kitchen - if in Sutton eat here - nice wines - and great breakfast - grand experience

The room itself was very clean.
The room itself was very clean. I was told if I had any problems to let them know. The people upstairs was ridiculous and so obnoxiously noisy. I am not one to complain but this was going on at least 2 hours. No one responded to me,so apparently they didn't care,and that's sad.Guest review byJillUnited States - 2.0
We had a no charge cancellation reservation at Microtel.
We had a no charge cancellation reservation at Microtel. The day before we were scheduled to be there we had to change reservation to a day later. Booking.com couldn't change the date without hotel approval, they say they sent a request. The Hotel claims they never received the request from booking.com and they couldn't change without booking.com approval. Could not contact booking.com (they don't want to be contacted) and because 24 hrs are required for cancellation , we forfeited the reservation. We re-booked for the next day with another agency using the same search with a pet friendly filter. Reserved a disabled room on a pre-paid basis. When we tried to check in we were informed disabled rooms can not have pets(NON-DISABLED CAN... SOUNDS LIKE DISCRIMINATION TO ME) We said we'd take a standard pet friendly room. They said they couldn't change the booking and we'd have to book and pay for a new reservation. THAT'S THREE TIMES WE HAD TO PAY FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY!!! Staff has a very poor attitude. Very unhelpful. We'll never stay there again and avoid using booking.com in the future.Guest review byMarilynCanada - 4.0
