Maybe location. It was close to Crossed Keys Estate. I was there for two days and heard doors slamming all night. I heard dogs barking. I had to be moved to another floor because of the noise and barking. The adults had no consideration for hotel guests.

    I can’t think of anything that I was happy with there as I...

    I can’t think of anything that I was happy with there as I said before this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m in my 60s and been traveling for 40 years. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The whole room was dirty. The sheets didn’t even seem clean. The pillows had black eye make up on them not from us. The breakfast was a Walmart. Breakfast bar didn’t even drink the coffee. We were just so happy to get out of there.

    Just a very convenient place to stay.

    Just a very convenient place to stay. Close to Randolph, Dover, Parsippany, Morristown, Denville, Hackettstown, Rockaway. Plus RT 46, RT 10, RT 80, RT 57, RT 287, RT 206, RT 202. Plus NJ Transit Trains and Lakeland Bus lines in Rockaway.

    This property is run down-little or no real maintenance.

    This property is run down-little or no real maintenance. Had to switch to a second room as the first was in very poor condition. As there are other facilities in the area will never consider staying at this location again.

    First time using the Hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel lobby was pleasant and appeared clean. The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned and the air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom and bedding were nice and clean and comfortable. The guests were quiet and i had no issues sleeping becaue of noise. The stay was pleasant and worth the value. I would use the hotel again.

    My partner and I were driving further north, but we got caught in the snow storm and the roads were very unsafe so we booked the closest hotel to us. This hotel was absolutely perfect, we even decided to extend our stay! The staff were great and very helpful, comfiest bed and pillows. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all, great location for different towns for shopping and food.

    They went above and.beyond to help me. We had just been Screwed over by another hotel that gave away the room I paid for. So the employee here at your hotel did everything he could for us to make sure we had a great experience here.
