View of lake from house was beautiful, but dirty & cobweb...
View of lake from house was beautiful, but dirty & cobweb filled window screens a real distraction from the beauty. Nice seating at dock but boathouse blocks the amazing Lakeview ..Home layout nice & furnishings very nice BUT filthy areas in kitchen & mold in showers is unacceptable. No real selection of restaurants in Bullard, so we ate at home with the wonderful ready-to cook prepared meals purchased from The Dinner Table in Tyler @ 4730 S. Broadway (903)525-9008.....and Tyler has a 'bounty' of really good restaurants, and only 20 min. away..Many outdoor seating areas on lawn & lake dock, but for entertaining & cookout, a nice lakeside porch on home would be big, major improvement. Brookshires groceries in Bullard, but much nicer one in Tyler! The lack of cleanliness will prevent me from renting here again.Guest review byD.A.
