Luxurious, spacious, clean, everything you could want in accommodations. Neil and Deb contacted us the morning of our stay to make sure we has all the check in info. When we arrive it was easy to find and very close to Burlington. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a nice meal, living room had comfortable furniture and a warm beautiful fireplace. The patio outside had a firetable which we would have loved to use if it wasn't raining, they even gave us mini smore kits for it! The king size bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The bathroom had a beautiful huge luxurious soaker tub with rainfall style shower, the bath was so nice it felt like a spa treatment! The views were amazing too! We are already discussing our next trip back and can't wait to stay here again, it's well worth the money!

A nice hotel, much better than the ones in its immediate surraoundings (from previous experience). On leaving, we forgot a mobile phone in the room, that was retreived and returned to the front desk for us to collect the day after - thanks a lot!

Very comfortable well appointed room. Excellent central location for exploring Burlington. Super friendly reception staff who gave loads of recommendations. Complimentary bikes form the hotel were a bonus , would highly recommend cycling the bike trail along Lake Champlain

    Situated in a lakeside community environment with access to a bike/walk trail. Combines crisp forest and lakeside air. Very clean and fresh. Reminds me of my Japan vacation trips because we had to take off our shoes. (Suggest you bring your own bedroom slippers). Accessible by Uber in case you are exploring the Burlington area by Amtrak. Bring your bike if your have the chance, perhaps when you go by car.

    Comfortable room. It was not clear, though from the description, that it’s a room in a man’s house. It is not a separate apartment. The host was very helpful and allowed use of the main kitchen to make coffee and there was an upstairs lounge area for everyone to use. Just be aware that it’s ALL SHARED SPACE, including the bathroom , except for the bedroom, which has a lock on it.

    These bozos, cancelled our trip hours before arriving. They booked someone else who was offering them more money!! We completely could not find another hotel and they ruined our entire trip. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!! Never use this establishment!
