    Location was great .rooms was dirty towels dirty ,toilet...

    Location was great .rooms was dirty towels dirty ,toilet flushing continuously without touching ,carpet dirty .and roaches running around every where at least 50 to 60 in my room in the microwave and refrigerator behind the couch .open the cabinet door ,the entire door fell on my feet ,sending me to the floor in pain .very dangerous, I would not recommend this hotel to nobody ,it shouldn't be opened.

    I loved the friendly staff, comfortable beds, shower was...

    I loved the friendly staff, comfortable beds, shower was nice and hot .....I also loved the curved shower bar, I hate it when the shower curtain keeps touching me (this on didn't)so this one was the best I've seen in a while.

    The area was great.

    The area was great. But the hotel wasn't main rained or kept up. The outside was dirty. The lawn and the flower beds hadn't been mowed at all. Looked really bad for a hotel that wants people's business. 😞

    I love the location everything was close you could walk to...

    I love the location everything was close you could walk to restaurants. Need directions to the bay found it by accident. Still enjoyed the bay when I got there but still don't think I could find my way back.

    We visited the USS Alabama and USS Drum, that is a full day...

    We visited the USS Alabama and USS Drum, that is a full day if you tour everything. We had dinner at Dickey's BBQ close to the hotel and it was the best BBQ we have had in that area. We took a day drive out to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, about 45 min from the hotel. Nice drive down 59. The only thing I missed doing was an air boat ride, which was booked up, I suggested reservations in advance.

    Loved the beach but to windy on the days we booked.

    Loved the beach but to windy on the days we booked. We wanted to let the baby get her toes in the sand for the very first time but to cold. Always traffic but flowing fairly well. Didn't like the fact that every place we looked at for food had drive-thru ,takeout and delivery, but the catch is no one would deliver to anywhere. I am on oxygen 24/7 and it is difficult to get in and out of car in the evening when we had already settled in after a long drive. So no delivery 😔.

    The suite was a good size. The fridge and microwave were useful, and there were plenty of free tv channels. The breakfast, although not vast but was okay to get your day started. The hotel was the perfect location to nearby restraunts and shopping centres. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and happy to assist where they could.

    The staff were so friendly, the room size was good and it is so close to the shopping mall. This was my first time (usually I stay a nearby hotel) and it is a good alternative. Rina (sorry if I got the name wrong) was at the frontdesk when I checked in, she was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
