PortugalMy husband and I spent one night in Freeport and were positively surprised by the hotel's improvements since our last stay pre-pandemic. Vicki took excellent care of us, and the recently remodelled room on the second floor exceeded our expectations.

Terrible breakfast and worse coffee. Communication between consumers and staff very poor. No microwave or freezer compartment in refrigerator. The beds and pillows were the highlight. No immediate servicing for broken elevators. No luggage cats No paper work or receipt at check in after using credit card. Price quoted at check in was 120$. At check out with service fees and tax 146$ We didn’t order room service or anything extra. Pricing and room placement on the 3rd floor for reservation made weeks before was unfair! Booking.
