    We enjoyed our short trip to Glen Allen, VA—The Botanical Gardens, Rosie’s Casino, and the local shops were all fun and easy to get to. Friendly vibe and convenient area; we’d definitely stay longer next time.

    it's a good place to stay if what you need is a suite with...

    it's a good place to stay if what you need is a suite with kitchen facilities. There's a good gym and laundry facilities. Breakfast is not provided, nor is there a pool It was clean and the staff was very helpful when I had a room issue. Bedding was comfortable and it was very clean. Just don't book into room 307 - has issues, which they moved me out of, thankfully.

    Lots to do, didn't have enough time to do it all.

    Lots to do, didn't have enough time to do it all. We did explore Hollywood Cemetery, the James River access points and the War Memorial. 10/10 recommend all- we even took my friends service dog with us and all places were amazing.

    There was no hot breakfast due to COVID when asked at the...

    There was no hot breakfast due to COVID when asked at the front desk I was told they have oatmeal packets and grits packets . There was a bad smell the carpets were dirty our linen was dirty and when I asked for new ones I was told by one of the front desk agents I had to bring mine down for them to be washed and then they would get returned to me because they have had an issue with linens being stolen . When I talked to another lady later on she advised me this was not the case and I should have been provided with clean linen. The television in one of the rooms was not working there were holes in the wall and bedroom door over all it was not a good experience. But on the bright side I was refunded.
